Builders BerwickshireForsyths Builders Ltd of Berwickshire was founded in 1999, originally starting as Ian Forsyths Builders, Plasters & Slaters. As the business grew the company became Forsyths Builders Ltd., well respected builders in Berwickshire employing seven staff, five tradesmen and two labourers. Our tradesmen include bricklayers, stonemasons,plasters, roofers and tilers etc., working from Eyemouth in the Scottish Borders.

Ian Forsyth started in the building trade at the age of sixteen working for his uncle A.C.Bell of Chirnside,builders in Berwickshire which gave him a good knowledge of all aspects of the trade.

Traveling to Edinburgh to the North, Kelso to the West and Wooler to the South, no project is to small or too large – From new-builds to renovations, extensions, groundworks, driveways, landscaping etc. Jobs completed in the last year include: New-build in Reston; New-build in Coldingham; Coldingham Post Office; St Abbs Community Hall; Conversion of Coldingham Youth Hostel into two five-bedroom houses and two flats. Forsyth Builders have worked with respected architects Bain & Swan, Richard Amos, Andrew Walker, Keith Renton, Aitken & Turnbell and many others. All work is completed with additional local tradesmen: joiners; plumbers & electricians.
